Just noticed that the EJ flight we'd booked from Bournemouth to Geneva had gone down, so in line with their price promise I gave them a call and a few minutes later I now have a credit of £14.00 to use against any flight within the next 6 months. Fair play to them - very polite and no hassle.

espri, Click on their 'find information' under the 'need help' option on their home page. Under the 'fees and charges' section there is 'What can I do if the price of the flight I have booked has gone down?'
The answer is:
'Our price promise means that if you’ve made a booking and the same flight subsequently becomes available at a lower fare, then we’ll give you a credit refund on the difference that you can use on future flights with us.'

Just checked out our flights on 20/02 we paid £320 for 3 of us Inc luggage each plus skis, now running in at £720 just for the flights:shock:
I think I'll just STFU

I wonder how many of us have jumped on the EJ site to check - my £78 tickets are now going for £306 each - no credit but the warm glow of 'Glad I did that!' Thanks for pointing this out as I had hadn't realised they did this!
