Are you driving up and down in one day? Glencoe and Nevis seem to be getting ok reports in the snow conditions thread and an hour or more closer than Cairngorm. Forget lecht unless for some reason its logisticly better. Which leaves Glenshee, the only one I haven't done so cant really comment, but it Scotlands biggest ski area when fully open!
If you want a challenge Glencoe, if you want it a bit easier Nevis would be my recommendations!

westy117,
Winter Highland is worth looking at for up to date info and public reports:-

If you've not been before you'd enjoy any of the ski areas, so best to head for where the best conditions are and best weather forecast.
Remember to let us know how you get on.

As already said Winterhighland is worth a good browse and there's the Scottish Snow 2010/11 thread here.
Runs above mid mountain at Cairngorm are reportedly holding up very well in the recent thaw and snow drought, lower runs not so great but it's still possible to ski back to base ... just! The west (Nevis and Glencoe) has had some of the most recent heavier snow and are reportedly pretty good on the upper slopes but heavy snow showers were reported by ski patrol at Cairngorm later on today - there's more currently forecast over the next few days although that could change so keep an eye on the forecast right up until you go and choose your destination accordingly.
BTW, Bergmeister is quite right, it's perfectly possible to grab a few hours before heading south - I once skied until around 2PM at Cairngorm before driving back to Bristol and was back home just after 11!
Have fun
