Hi all, Just thought I'd throw this out to the  pool of wisdom. I need accomodation for a couple for the rest of the season in Verbier. Shared or alone, doesn't matter. both 30ish, reliable and nice to live with.
I've checked, verbier.ch, the estate agents in town and the boards in Migros and Coop (well, 4d ago) to no avail so if anyone can help.........

Have you posted your own "accommodation needed" ads at the pub(s)? On petite announce on Verbier.ch?
You just need to be out speaking to people. Ask everyone. Bar tenders will often have a good idea of what's going on.

Have a look down in Le Chable...?
There were several adverts in the 2 supermarkets when we were there a couple of weeks ago.
It's not Verbier...it is actually a Swiss village...and the lift is open 7.00 to 19.30 this season and more late buses both ways with last bus down at about 00.30 or so, you can have a pretty good apres session and get home OK if that is your style. Rents are a lot cheaper too.

parlor, tried to but the verbier.ch website wont upload my notice, have indeed spoken to everyone I meet and will continue to do so 
rungsp, yep, lived in le chable for a couple of seasons and know its charms well, t'other half is set on verbier though........ we'll see. I'll message skidog though, thanks for that idea.
