Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

http://www.justicenewsflash.com/2011/01/14/recall-cpsc-marker-kstle-recall-ski-bindings-over-fall-hazards_201101146706.html

About 5,400 Marker and Kästle Twin Cam 12.0 ski bindings were voluntarily recalled by Marker Völkl USA, of Lebanon, N.H. and Kästle GmbH, of Austria; along with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The recall was initiated after discovering a fall hazard with the product on January 12, 2011.

A fall hazard was found after discovering that the steel springs in the heel pieces of the bindings could break, prompting the recall.

Seems to be USA only but if you're concerned...

Bode Swiller, Thanks, just received two pairs of Marker Comp 12 for my son from the US - I'll check 'em with Marker
snow conditions
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

This answered the question I was going to ask. Just had a problem with My M11.0 last week heel brake parted company and ripped off side plastic portion. I only though problems like this occurred on those
skis NOT marked with a black dot. Mine have the black dot and still failed. Will follow this up.
