Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Grenoble to La Plagne Transfer Time

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi-I'm a long term lurker but first-time poster... Very Happy

Can someone tell me the transfer time from Grenoble Airport to La Plagne? We are flying in on Sunday, January 2 and I will have two kiddies (4 years old and 9 months) and am dreading the coach transfer. We are travelling with VIP ski. Any thoughts/helpful hints would be appreciated. I'm thinking of shelling out the money for a private transfer to make it all less painful.

Thanks!

You could do it in 2 hours but a TO transfer is likely to be in excess of 3. There are quite a lot of variables involved. A private transfer won't be cheap. TBH the kids will probably find it all quite exciting and interesting. As long as you have food, water, little toys, etc to hand it should be OK.

I have driven to the slopes with small children 3 times, soon to be 4, and it's been no problem.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I'd say your looking at 2 1/2 hours. A good company is Coolbus, friendly drivers, dvd players on time and efficient. check them out at www.thecoolbus.co.uk

Coolbus. I just did an online quote for a return Grenoble Airport to La Plagne Sunday, January 2 to 9th for 4 people. 654 Euros. Wowee.
