I was a fairly advanced skier till about 4 years ago when i started snowboarding & never went back. Then I was asked this question:
Given the choice, would you snowboard for the weekend or ski for the week??
I said ide ski for the week! i feel a little embarrassed!! 
What would you do?

Ski for a week. The more difficult question for me would be "ski for a weekend, or board for a week?" I think the answer to that would be Board for a week!

Given that choice I'd ski for a week. But why choose? Last season I had 19 days on snow (lowest for 10yrs  ) but pretty much alternated ski-board-ski-board from day to day.

cazaroo, I would go for the longest amount of time in the mountains so the answer to your question would be ski. Am a convert to the dark side and would mainly choose my board over my skis unless there are huge moguls ahead... that is when I miss my skis!!
