I'm off to 1850 this weekend. Anyone else out there at the moment who can give me an idea of what the
conditions are like & more importantly where the liveliest bars are too.

Bar Le Jump is favoured by seasonaires, Le Kalico for live music, The Milk Pub , TJs for shots, Gringos for Tequila.
Then on to a nightclub, La Grange or Les Caves if you are a Russian oligarch or a scouse drug dealers.

Loads of info on latania.co.uk too. Webcam of La Croisette at 1850 isnt looking that great compared to what it was a few days ago. I imagine it's still pretty good higher up. Due to get colder tho so should be good this weekend.

Dr John, TJ's will only be missed because I liked staying in the Catina above. Old and shabby as it was, I loved the place. I'll tell you what the Ku-De-Ta is like after I've been there in Feb

Wags, apart from Le Jump for apres, we found ourselves getting the bus to 1650 for post-dinner nightlife. 1850 only seemed to cater for the two extremes: kiddie boarders (Kalico and TJ's) or fur knickers and champagne (everywhere else). Can't say I'm in a hurry to go back.
