Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Need hotel near B-S-M jut for a night in Feb

Driving down to Ste Foy and need a night stop over on the Friday so somewhere near Bourg would be good but the 2 places i've stopped at before are full (or one is shut??) and everyone else seems to do week only (understandable) so does anyone know of a little hotel - really just needs to have a bed!

flog873347, those hotels, within easy reach of the resorts, tend to get booked up ages in advance on busy weeks - you might have to stop a bit further out - maybe one of the chain hotels near a motorway turn off?

in feb as others have mentioned you'll probably be lucky to get a night that close, may be better to get somewhere further out and get up at silly o clock and head to your final destination then

flog873347, Maybe a little further away than BSM but, Etap in Albertville has a twin room available every Friday night in February. You may want to give them a try. Better than the F1 ! wink
