Poster: A snowHead

Hello.
Looking for a good good book on how to get fit for skiing or something good along those lines.
Saw one in a shop before xmas and knowing the in-laws always give me book vouchers for xmas thought i'd come back and get it then - but went back and it was gone but cannot for the life of me remember its title/author.
So back to the drawing board!- anyone got any recommendations much appreciated!
cheers!

snowfiend, ´Fit to ski ´by Carl W Peterson is very good, more aimed at the racing side, but very interesting, chapters on warm up, stretching, nutrition, drills, mental training, over training and recovery, and the general principles of training.

It's no use just reading about it. You have to actually do it.

"Open your Heart with Winter Fitness" by Lisa Marie Mercer is good - if a bit Californian in style.
