Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

and we have one new boarder is it cheaper too rent online or in resort

any advice would be most appreciated,

I see the advantages of booking online and picking straight up from store,

But no one else has hired for at least 3 years and am unsure on price?

Thanks in advance Andy

aw-hicks, look at Snowbrainer and SkiSet too, for comparisons. We booked with Snowbrainer last year, and their prices were less than SKiSet (even with a 25% discount with the latter). The gear was fine too

aw-hicks,

Well as I have had boot and ski for 3 years I have not rented for some time

But earlier this year I went too Morzine and my boot would not fit my foot

So i rented boot for 6 day and they cost about €50

I do not no the price for board and boot in Alpe d'huez but maybe €100.

Wait, if you are taking a boarder with you, why do you want to rent one while you are there? So they have company? Puzzled

Anyway - what the others said - rent online. Only downside is if you a fussy sometimes you find they don't have what you are looking for but you are already paid up and committed to the deal.
