Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Sportler - anyone heard of them?

Has anyone ever used a company called Sportler www.sportler.com - they seem to be based in the Sud Tirol region.

Just wondering because there's something I'd quite to order from them but the website is only in German or Italian so not sure if they deliver to the UK, nor if they're any good to be honest!

If not anyone know any online places that do kids race skis at knock down prices (apart from eBay).

Cheers me dears Very Happy

| see. They don't list England or Great Britain in the postage drop down. Probably an oversight as they list Ireland. Possibly just email in english and hope they will translate or ask a competent SH to translate for you.

It looks like they deliver to the UK and costs €25. See here http://www.sportler.com/sportlerShop/information/home_317/shipping
I've never bought anything from their website but I've bought stuff from their shop in Innsbruck. Really nice shop, with some really good gear. Not the cheapest shop around though.

roga, Try calling Ski Bartlett. I've had some really good deals on kids skis from them recently - twin tips admittedly. Think a lot of the Scottish stores ran out of kids skis this year (the ones in Glasgow anyway).

Had never heard of them until recently. They had an ad on the german version of SouthPark (the online version viewable in your browser), so I assume(d) they must be reasonably respectable. Never used them, but might.

Oh and UK is definitely listed as a shipping destination Wink

roga, Have used them twice, (about 2 years ago) both set of skis were excellent and well packed. Plus fitted bindings for free, and it was done properly. I emailed them in web translated german and also english, they replied in english.

From time to time they have some real bargains, got some RC4 race SC's with bindings for Euro99 !!

Could also give Ekosport a try. There website is http://www.ekosport.fr. Some bargains on there for Adult race skis (picked up a pair of Atomic SG skis with 10-14 bindings for a touch over 200 quid last season)
