can anyone recommend a good value transfer company? Just two of us need to travel from Geneva to Peisey on 12th Dec, back on 19th. Don't particularly want to pay 300 odd euros each for a return journey and unfortunately don't know of any other groups going to share the cost.

i managed to get myself, swirly, gorilla and scottishskier plus 3pr skis and 1 board into a VW Polo

Hi,
What about public bus from geneva to Bourg Sainte Maurice and then either a taxi to Peisey, or see if someone from the chalet / hotel can pick you up. The buses are pretty reliable, and don't take much longer than driving.

Thanks Heather. We had a good look at the options over the past couple of days, and we have decided to go with renting a car. Cheaper than a private transfer p/p and quicker than the bus/train options. Thanks for your help all

As Snow and Sunshine said, Altibus are very good. And looking on their website they go directly to "Peisey-Vallandy" from Geneva airport. 130 euros return pp.
