Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone used Alletransfers (Minibus) to Alpe D'Huez

I have already looked through the options of going from Grenoble to Alpe D'Huez, and Ben's Bus is the cheapest, but it states in the T' & C's that it will only wait 45mins if flight is delayed, this is ok if we were all flying together but, we have 2 of the group flying from Heathrow and the rest from Bristol. Both Arriving at the same time in Grenoble but if there is any difference and something gets delayed it could turn out a nightmare;

Im hoping a minibus will wait if flight is delayed and there is 8 of us so the right amount to make it reasonably economical.

I've found a couple online and this is the cheapest has anyone used them? as im a bit dubious of handing money over to internet companies.

Cheers Andy

aw-hicks, I spoke to Ben himself about that in the past. At the time he said they were pretty flexible and 45 mins was only a guide, had a number of buses throughout the day and at the time had never left anyone stranded at the airport.

Ben's Bus usually have several buses on the go and we've certainly never had any problems. We've had various members of various parties use them over the last 4 years and never had any problems, even with Grenoble being slightly susceptible to poor weather.
