Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

different size feet...

after all the talk on here about boot shell size and how many fingers you can fit in behind your foot when it's in the boot without the liner, i thought i'd do a shell check last night...

out came the liners and in went the feet.

due to the mahoosive size of my hands, it wasn't very easy but, what i did discover is that one foot is easily one size different from the other!

so, cem & mr keeper of the zoo, what is the normal practice in this situation. do you fit to the big foot, small foot, somewhere in between or fit to two different sizes...

and, is it possible for one person to have, not only two different sized feet but, two different shaped feet as well and therefore requiring two different shaped boots to fit properly?

please don't shout at me, it's been a while since i asked a REALLY stupid question on here Very Happy

when possible we try to work to the smaller foot then make the boot bigger for the longer foot, it really depends on the diffeeences between the two feet, sometimes we have to split the difference but the problem is if you fit to the bigger foot then the smaller one rattles around so it is a matter of balance very much depending on the volume and length of the foot

edit for my stupid spelling wink
