Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Silly question but does anyone know this resort?

The timing might not be perfect but the price looks good.
Anyone know if this is a good resort for beginners?

tafflondon, well it's very small, obviously. http://fr.calameo.com/read/0000824579b6c7c84712a

Difficult to tell whether it's good for beginners - but there's only one green run. There have been some positive reports here about Puy St Vincent - which might be a better bet. Somebody might know that area (which probably has hidden qualities as an off piste haven known only to a few afficionados!).

I'd personally be rather reluctant to have four sharing in a "studio apartment" and last season a 6 day pass was only 79 euros (http://pelvoux.paysdesecrins.com/station-de-ski-pelvoux.aspx) so I wouldn't trust the prices on that ad either.

You're not making a huge saving. There's no mention of transport and if you went to a low cost ski area and crammed 4 people into a tiny apartment you could have a fairly low cost holiday in a bigger ski area, I'd say. Do you have to go at New Year? Better snow, lower prices and fewer people if you go a bit later.
