Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Cheap Flights Luton to Grenoble

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
We've just grabbed some flights from Luton to Grenoble with Easyjet, apparently a new route for them this winter.

Worked out including luggage, card charges, ski carriage etc to £90 each return for 12th to 19th Dec (cheaper on the 11th to 18th)

Not bad if anyone is looking for a cheap way to get to the Alps, plenty of transfers running from Grenoble to various resorts.

Early booking tends to get a better price than late with Easyjet, so anyone thinking about going over you're better to book now for cheaper prices.

True, but if you're driving yourself definitely get a good map/tom tom as finding Grenoble Airport is a touch harder than say LYS or GVA

Puzzled It's about 2 minutes from the motorway, and the only other thing in a 5 km radius is the huge supermarket next door.

which is where to refuel prior to returning said car.

Mind you, Grenoble itself , albeit 40km away from the airport, can be a bit of a bug to negotiate...

Luton Grenoble isn't a new route. I used it Feb 09.

I agree with bertie bassett. Not as bad as MXP which is in nowheresville but still a fair chance of a wrong turn or two.

French side of GVA is the worst though Smile

Drive around Grenoble, not through it...
