Poster: A snowHead
|
A few of us are going to Tignes in the last week of January 2011 and was wondering if anybody knew an instructor out there that could give us some private lessons / show us around the slopes for the first couple of days.

igerguy, If you do a search you'll find quite a few recommendations. I'd opt for Gavin at the development centre for private lessons, but it's a pretty expensive way to be guided round.

I strongly recommend Gavin at TDC. He's very patient and makes sure you're learning (as opposed to just telling you stuff).
I had 3 half days with him last year and it was a good investment in my skiing because I felt i really progressed a great deal.
