livetoski, nooooo, can't be true. How can the gnarly dudes of TGR be impressed by the Espace San Bernado. Few, but friendly people with lots of gnarly stuff, great food, and great snow....surely this is actually Paradiski, Trois Vallees or Espace Killy and they are just pulling our pud!!

I really like what I have seen of La Thuile on the other hand I really dislike La Rosiere.

I wouldn't recommend La Rosiere to anyone looking for a challenge or variety. Or good late season snow. Is it South Facing? Snow quality goes to shit on warm days very quickly. Was busy too (last week in January) at a time of year which should really be quiet.
I just don't 'get' it. Not been to many Euro resorts but there are plenty on a par cost wise which are far better in almost every aspect. The best thing La Rosiere has going IMO is the fact it has a long drag link with La Thuile.

The five euro hot chocolates put me off. La Thuile the better side but can be v. cold. I'd like to catch it on a blue-sky powder day.

Frosty the Snowman,  just the once. Don't see much of the attraction. Probably a good place to learn or take a low ability level family.
