Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

My gf ordered some Volkl Kikus from Ellis Brigham online, to be delivered to Innsbruck. Two weeks later (delivery was supposed to be in 5 working days from what I could work out) , and all we've had is the confirmation of payment email. No skis, no tracking number, no further contact. They don't reply to emails, or answer the phone (in the mail order department anyway) - three times I've spent 15 mins + on hold. Is such poor service normal?

I'd get hold of the HQ main number that will get you through to the directors. And get the email address that connects with his PA. I'd email direct to the MD/CEO and back this up with a phone call to the main man.

The company used to be run by Bob Brigham, but he may have retired now. If it's still family-run, then anyone with the surname Brigham ought to be able to sort you out immediately. I used to deal with them, and they always seemed pretty professional.

Sent them a 'strong-worded' email today and they called back pretty quickly, so all is sorted now.

Hi mates
Two weeks ago I ordered a ski jacket from EB. Still waiting for my parcel.
Many email sent and received for delivery company and so on.
Today again I sent email to remind them but no reply.
I have already closed the season yesterday and that's why I am not hurry for my parcel.
Will I ever receive it?!?!
