Hi
In need of transfers as above....
Options at the moment are :
-Altibus - but leaves only an hour after due to land, leaving no time for any delays....
-Taxi to Chambery train station, train to Moutiers, bus/taxi to Meribel.
Only company doing shared transfers i can find (Bens Buses) only do saturdays....
Seems to be a distinct lack of sunday transfers to Meribel.
Do you have a space in a transfer or car , or know of any other options please ?

Are you flying out with Flybe as most of us West Country folk do? I might be suffering the same quandary in a fortnight.

Ahh I see.....my 'south devon' location....
It's actually for my friend who is flying from up north, but was not going to complicate the posting by saying so! I am flting out on saturday to Geneva and you can get transfers for this from bens Bus....
Could not face flybe prices as late booking so easy jet from Bristol is my route...
Mollerski, are you flying on a sunday & going to Chambery and want to go to Meribel ? Let me know your route / destination as I have been looking into transfers so may be able to advise options .

hiring a car might be cheaper and would certainly be more enjoyable.

Thanks pam w, but it's only for one person and car hire is likely to be several hundred pounds , plus extra fro snow chains etc and then pay to park it in resort etc......
Train is cheap but all abit of a faff either end with the short bits of extra journey..
