Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Some pics from today...

Back side Mont Fort. Swirly dropping into the chimney.

The bootpack up to Superbowl

Some of the Mont Fort lines taken from the ridge. None of them looked great to me but anyway...

B52

Poubelle

North Face

Superbowl on the other hand was much more like it!

Woah there!

(not very) big air!

Superbowl is pretty super really.... starts from the left ridge of the triangular peak in the centre left all the way down to the Lac de Cleuson. Good value for a 10 min bootpack.

Couple of pics taken from the top of Mt Gélé....

Bec des Rosses venue for one of the Freeride World Tour events. Yes they come down the front of that!

Mont Fort frontside - anyone for bumps?

RPF spraying fresh cold powder under Mt Gélé

Verbier in the afternoon sun

Conditions are superb at the moment. The arctic temperatures are keeping the snow in great condition and the sun has shined for the last few days. Bring on tomorrow!

Had another go this morning. The wind had covered the tracks but also laid down a nice 5cm windcrust!

Double trouble

Afternoon called for some Valentines Day snowshoeing action with preggers....

Bruson from the snowshoe track up to Clambin

Chez Dany - great spot for lunch in the sunshine. Still pretty cold mind!

Pistes looking nice in the afternoon sun

Noticeably busier this morning with half term herds arriving. They should get to enjoy great conditions for the next couple of days.
