When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi All.

heading off soon, what is the weather/cover like at glencoe vs glenshee. Dont want to scrape the planks/dodge rocks.

Was up monday at glencoe and tuesday at Glenshee and Glenshee defo has the better snow cover
Having said that i'll be heading to the coe tomorrow

Anyone else heading up?
I'll be skiing with my dad who will quite happily ski happy valley all day long but i would rather try some more challenging runs and have never been over to the spring run and flypaper

Went to glencoe today.

WOW the snow is really packed in, a bit icy in places (lots of places) but smoth areas and bumpy areas if you want it.

I was booting it all day, legs hurt like hell.

Had a brilliant day.

My new goggles (Blues own make) are wonderful.

Got to dash cooking dinner.
