Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone here ordered online with them? I ordered myself a new pair of gloves last week with them. How long do they normally take, I've had no email saying they've dispatched them or any money taken out of my account.

I'm going next Wednesday but leave for Manchester Airport on Tuesday, so its cutting it kind of close!

Did you get a page confirming your order with an order number?
If so I'd get on the phone pdq. If not I'd get in your car and go shopping 'cos the order probably didn't go through.

ricfrench, yes I got the order confirmation and I have an order number, I've emailed them as the customer service phone number closed at 6pm. I'll cancel the order if they don't dispatch it to me by Wednesday.

They may not have what you ordered in stock. I recall having to wait well over a week for something from them. I'd certainly call in the morning and get an update.

Result! My order was sent out yesterday could be here tomorrow but I expect it could well be later in the week with the road conditions being so bad!

Another problem is my tickets for the holiday, they're not here yet and when I phoned Inghams ticketing office they said that they were posted on the 29th! I will have to phone them back if I don't get them by Friday. Shocked

I ordered my goggles yesterday (Sunglasses SHop - online thing) and they arrived (free courier delivery) today Very Happy one happy customer!
