Candide is competing in Sochi for sure, The comp on the Chamonix leg is skiers left of the Hotel Face.
Who will win????
Hard to tell at this point, people have been training real hard as the event builds momentum.
Aurelien will be hard to beat in the mens, will be interesting to see what Candide brings to the event and how the judging will be effected.
Ladies, Ane is is top form, out skiing many of the men here in Chamonix, Marja and Elyse are always a danger.

SMALLZOOKEEPER, well I reckon he'll bring a whole load of extra publicity for starters even if he doesn't like it himself. The judging will be really interesting, especially if he starts spinning like only he can - can't wait to see how he does.

I think the big point of interest for the tour this year is the inclusion of Wild Card, Julien Lopez (FR)
Last year Jules won the Freeski World Tour and became world champion of that event. It is widely touted that the Freeride World Tour has the best level of skiing and there was outcry in the inner circles, as Aure' was the World Champion.
The Freeride WT have now invited Jules to participate in their event to set and record straight.
It was my opinion that this could be both too much for Jules as he will compete in both events, however having seen his recent run in Revelstoke, i think he might have a case.
