Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi, cold here -23 at the top, feels colder, popped over to mottard but getting back was interesting as the kept closing lifts, apparently because it was too cold and poor vis, wondered why some of the reds loolked really flat and tame till you hit them Happy Snow in VT better than Meribel but nicer cakes/tarts in mottaret.

Colder today. Some ESF Instructor said it was -33. Very windy, flat light, complete white out conditions in some places! Bodies littered all over every piste. I had to side step down a steep run because the wind was too strong and was pushing me back up hill! Few lifts closed, some powder blown onto piste. Cold...
