Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

hi we are goingto les arcs1800 in jan my daughteris 12 years old just booking her skis , boots on line with ski set, child age is 11 then it goes to adult prices has any body booked with ski set ,she is only small do you think i will get away with it, do you have 2 show id thanks.

Depends how tall she is as kids skis may or may not be to small for her. Just ask for the kids skis first then decide. It is not so much an age thing as how big the kid is (and how good a skier she might be).

hi thanks for the reply,my daughteris 1.46 tall and childs skis go to 1.5m so i think she should be fine . should her skis come to about shin height .thanks

, There are 4 main bits to arc 1800 - villards, charmettoger, chantel, charvet. Worth making sure that you're booking with the shop in the same section of the resort as you are staying..as it's a bit of a walk otherwise, especially if you need to pop back at all of an evening for any changes/tweaks.
