Snow Reports

Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi guys
hopefully off to la roisere on Sunday (I say hopefully as Mrs NBT is poorly sick at the moment, hopefully she'll have recovered!).
Two of the girls are beginner snowboarders - don;t ask, they chose - so if anyone has any recommendations as to school or even specific teachers we'd really appreciate it.
Also, assuming we make it, Mrs NBT and I might take a brush up lesson - any recommendations for ski school?
cheers
NBT

Have used Evolution 2 four times in Ros, for kids and adult lessons. My 11 yr old had 2 days boarding lessons (out of 5 booked thru Esprit) but def wasn't a natural and didn't enjoy it so swapped back to skiing. Still, she had a different set of bruises to show for it!
Evo's instructors are all young, (many are related!), speak good English and we've had no problems. If you can, book Marie- Claude or Sebastien for the girls, both are great with kids, very caring and encouraging. Carol is also v good (and English) Xavier is Evos head honcho instructor - been there for years .Very charming - don't leave Mrs NBT alone with him!! Sue takes the bookings - she's English too. Always flexible - we'd booked a lesson on a naff weather day and 10 mins in Stefan suggested we give up and change to a better weather day - no extra charge. evo have their own website,
www.evolution2.com
or you could phone and speak to Sue. Hope this has helped. (V biased having nothing to compare with but never had a problem)
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?
