Hi,
Have been contemplating joining above weather forecast service and wanted to know if you thought it was worth it  or anyone have alternative recommendations/experiences. Also are there any sites which may have discounted membership for the above. Thanks

Yes worth it - very useful, accurate and up to date. It updates frequently and I think good value for money. Could also try free service at www.weather.co.uk, click on sports and then choose country and type in resort. Has a 10 day forecast but not as accurate form experience.

Use snowforecast.com more than any other site for weather forecasts but am not a member.
Strange why they do the following: They allow access to 6 day forecasts for the top 5 resorts that are due snow. Therefore, if your resort is anywhere near one of the top 5 resorts then you can view the snow accumulation maps for the 6 days, if it's just forecasts you're after why bother signing up?

It certianly got better...it used to predict well over the top predictions for snow amount, but seems better now.

I used http://metcheck.com/snow/ for the longer term forecasts. It's all a bit of a lottery that far in advance, so personally I can't see the value in paying for the 6 day forecast when you can get the 3 day for free.
