I'm off there this Easter. Who's had lessons from a Grindelwald ski school? Who would you recommend? I'm looking for a few hours of private lessons, or a short clinic, for help dealing with moguls and steep steeps.
(I did a search for posts on this topic, but when clicking thru on the (2!) posts on the list that came up, I didn't get directed)

No bites.... have my posts on other topics so annoyed enough people that this is my punishment ? 
Soldiering on - there appear to be 2 Grindelwald ski schools: the official swiss Skischule, and the independent Swiss Snowboard School (SSBS). Has anyone used these schools? Recommendations?

Manda, to start with there are not many Moguls or really steep steeps in the area, I'd be tempted to ask the Privat Ski school in Wengen, they can arrange to meet you at Kleine Scheidegg or Mannlichen for the start of a lesson and have many good english speakers try http://www.wengen.com/privat/english.html for more details, but book in plenty of time

Bitg late answering this one but we were there in Jan(for the 5th time) and the official ski school is very good. Whilst our isntructor was good and only 5 in the ski group, he went sick one day and we had a brilliant young instructor called Daniel, perfect english and explained some theory in understandable lingo that is missing with the "more bende ze nees" brigade.
If you go there and get him you are on a winner.
