Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

FlyingStantoni, I used ski lifts they were good value. Samoens is close to geneva so it wasnt an issue.
Hired 3 cars for 12 of us last time it was similar price.
We stayed a few miles outside town so needed the cars.

FlyingStantoni, might still be worth giving ski lifts a call. They used a local guy (British ex pat living out there based near Samoens) for our return trip. they might be able to put you in touch with him.

I'll PM you an email address of a Chalet owner in Morillion who might be able to help.

we used geneva airport transfers last year for 12 of us from Geneva to Samoens - absolutely spot on and the most reasonable prices I found too, Marion and her team were great!

oooo mixed emotions this one, you've got several options but 2 I would recommend and here's my dilemna;

1) Gevenaairporttransfers - Marian and Mick - great friends and a really lovely couple.
2) Gomassif - Julian, Dan and team - one of their team is a "mega-snowhead" so you never know who you might get to meet Wink

FlyingStantoni, I would echo Marcellus with the gomassif recommendation. We used them twice and were impressed by service and friendliness. I believe they are based in Samoens, but will do elsewhere as we used them for Les Carroz then Morzine.
