Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Liberty Hazmat help

Hi I am looking at getting some Liberty Hazmat's to replace my Volkl Karma's

The Karmas were 177, Hazmat's 171. Im 5ft 6, 10 half stone and just wondering if anybody has any feedback on the hazmats or any suggestions.

If anyone has tried the two, or knows from experience I am trying to find out if the Hazmat will have a softer flex than the karma?

With my size and weight I just found the karmas to stiff for what I was after.

I've got some 181 Hazmats if you're interested.
Skiied only 4 days so far, won them as a prize but not sure if they've got a spot in my quivver.

Just bought 171 Hazmats for my son. He's 5'8" and 10.5st, wont see snoe 'til Xmas week though. wink

Im 5,6 amd about the same weight! And ditto apart from the snow dome. Will keep you posted when I try them out unless anyone does before me Very Happy
