Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Club Med in Villars

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Am thinking of taking the entire family (what a good Granny!) for a week at the end of March and wondered if anyone had done a Club Med ski holiday. It seems to be good value with all meals, drinks, instruction and lift pass included.

skilegs,

Can't comment on the one in Villars, as I've not been there.

But basically, it is all in (insurance and ski/boot hire are extra on quote, if needed) except for "premium" drinks (champagne, single malts etc). Some places you pay extra for Sauna. I've managed to spend very little extra (Ski instructor tip and visit to an ice grotto) - so it's easy to maintain your budget.

Food has always been fantastic (put on several pounds on a week's holiday Embarassed ) and rooms tend to be larger than standard. They do evening "entertainment" which can be hit or miss. There is no compulsion to join in.

Junior ClubMed can be good - depends on your kids (if appropriate).

Generally I enjoy it and have already booked next year to Cervinia.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

when I looked at this recently some places only seemed to cater for kids over 12, wheareas others did 4years+

I sell loads of Club Med by the bucket load (we are one of their biggest distribution outlets for ski) - it's a superb product and the rates are superb. Well worth it. Gor for it!
