Has any one done these ? I've just checked the web site but there's not a lot of info. I'd be interested to know what you need to be able to do for the pass on each.

No prob, I had a read of your report on the 'race' version and it sounds achievable if the freestyle looks too dangerous !

david@mediacopy, I met someone recently who's done it, but I can't right now remember who that was! I do remember him saying that before he signed up he was given the impression you don't need freestyle experience, but once he was there it became apparent that you do. I don't know if he was referring to L1 or 2 though, so not much help!
