Could someone recommend a good flight comparison website - the one I used to use seems to be rubbish now.
Specifically there seem to be no evening flights to Turin I can find, to allow me to ski with our guide on the Saturday and go home the same evening, as we did before.
I am looking at where else is good for Montgenevre. Does anyone know how long the transfer would be from Grenoble?

snowball,it's about 3-3.5 hours from Grenoble I would say.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

A bit too much, though they do have evening flights (eg Easyjet 21.30). Anywhere else? Chambery has extremely limited flights (and only weekends as far as I can see)

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

snowball, Chambery at bit closer through the Fréjus tunnel. What about Marseille? Probably no further than Grenoble.

You'll need to Register first of course.

Ryanair had flights to Cuneo last winter too.

http://www.flightmapping.com/ is useful for finding out routes and airlines, and then looking at the airline's websites directly once armed with the info.

snowball, Marseille might be worth a look. Not sure of flight times but you're pretty unlikely to be able to get a full day of skiing in unless you manage to find a late flight from Turin
There is an IBIS hotel next to MRS so you could travel there in the evening (trains run from Briancon to Marseille) and get an early morning flight back home if that works

Thanks all so far.
ebookers is what I looked on before. The only flights they offered me other than Easyjet was BA for about £650 indirect and £1,00 plus, direct
I'll try flightmapping and sky scanner.
Hardly any flights to Chambery, even at the weekend - and I want to go on the Friday so that's no good.
Perhaps I should do Turin Easyjet but stay the final Saturday night there. Staying at a Montgenevre hotel an extra night BOTH ends of the week might be a problem.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Malpensa is even closer.
So is Genova for that matter, I think.

snowball, BA do an early evening flight from Turin to Gatwick.

You know it makes sense.

Helen Beaumont, thanks but it looks on the map to be more than 100 miles beyond Turin so doesn't really solve the evening flight problem
