I would disagree with the "piece of shite" comment ...nothing to do with the fact I have Expresso's.. 
I like my APO's (much better/solid than the Fastec they replaced). As per Cinchs, can be used as regular straps or quick entry. I did find them easy to set up, and seem strong enough to me...
But I 'm an intermediate boarder so if you're good and demanding on your hardware, Jonny luv plums's comments might be more relevant...
But Expressos and Cinchs prefer boots with narrow heels.. With the Expressos, the trick of pulling the highback up as you kick your foot in only works if you have your angle just right so don't be taken in by that.. Would still recommend them though..

Not snowboard related at all but I hired some APO skis for my daughter at Easter and they seemed to be very good quality. She loved them.

I'm not a hardcore off piste boarder, I just enjoy swishing down a piste and trying not to fall on my face. I've been a few times now though, so have some experience.
The first time I went I hired a board and had strap ins with ratchets, now obviously we have to take into account my newbishness and state of the hire equipment. One of my friends who'd boarded before had his own board with Flow bindings. I was so amazed at the speed in which he clamped in, that upon returning home to the UK I went out and bought a pair of Flows.
I've had two pairs now. The first pair did me for a few trips, and then started to let me down, the high back had these funny little clips on the side to keep you in the binding, well these eventually bent out of shape. Eventually it got so bad that I ended up falling out of one of the bindings and faceplanting (bad times). I've since bought a newer and decidedly more expensive pair of Flows that look a bit like These
They have a different sort of lock on the highback, with no silly little clips to bend.
I like the look of my the K2 Cinch's and a friend of mine has a pair of APO bindings that are similar in that they are a combination of step in and straps. However I'm extremely happy with my Flows.

APO's all the way, lighter than flow's (a lot lighter) more responsive than flows & i've heard they are a damned sight more robust than the cinch's, i've used mine in dome's & on the mountains & feel i made the right choice, but each to there own.....

Why only those three? Seriously you're talking about what 30 seconds to strap into some regular bindings? Over the course of a decent run, that's only a fraction of the time you are on the hill and most of the time you'll be waiting for others to get ready anyway!
Be a man and by some proper strap bindings... but more importantly take your boots into TSA/S+R or any other shop with a range of bindings and find which ones fit the best... there are more important things to choosing a binding IMHO: stiffness, flex, damping, comfort, responsiveness, adjustability etc...
Oh and don't forget K2 autos, only one ratchet on those and they seem to have sorted out their cabling issue, very highly rated from what i've heard.

I ride K2 Autos and they are excellent (I had early ones so had to replace the cable when they found the fault). They are great for riding in a fridge but as others say the time saving on the mountain is negligible, but given that they are as responsive as normal 2 strap bindings (something you can't say about Flows and step ins) it's a bit of a no brainer.

I love my flows - would have another set - BUT - I can't get spare parts here in Scotland for them - had to deal direct with Flow, which they don't really want to do - but they couldn't suggest anyone over here that could help me out!

K2s all the way. I have very wide feet and boots and i dont have any problems with my cinch's the apo expressos are a bit plasticy and flimsy and not anywhere near as stiff as the cinch ctx's. The flows are very annoying, lots of people will big up flow because everyone else hates them and vice versa, truth is, they are limited. you cant do as much in a flow as you can in real binding. The cinch's do everything the flows do and more. they are a tad heavy though. why do you want those three in particular?
