Mock the name if you like - but I spent a week with Demi Piste in their Chalet in Chamonix in March.
I was with my granddaughter Hannah and everyone made us feel very welcome.
The chalet hosts, Tom & Gemma were great fun and Tom is an excellent cook, they also drove us to the slopes every morning and picked us up again late afternoon.
Chalet owner Al acted as a ski guide and either Al, or his wife Debbie were there every day to make sure the guests were happy.
I can highly recommend Demi Piste.

What's the big deal? A business has got to have a name and it helps if the name gives you some kind of clue i suppose.
Can't say I am crazy about any of the names in the list but could we do better? (Scarpa's goat is a fine effort I must admit )
