Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hi,

I'm looking to organise a D.I.Y long weekend (i.e Thursday to Monday) for a group of friends in Feb or March next year.

I know a week would be easier to organise but because of time off and kids etc this is all we can do!

Can anyone tell me when decent (cheap) flights from the Northwest to airports near resorts in Europe are released?

Any other tips on booking a long weekend?

smudger, jet 2 have just released today BUT and its a big BUT they seemed to have pulled all their midweek flights so there is liitle opportunity for anything other than 7 day sat- sat or sun - sun Evil or Very Mad Is this a result of poor sales this year?All I know is it means a lot less choice for weekend breaks. Sad
