Catzer, Haven't used them but just checked for my trip to Les Deux Alpes at Easter and they are the same price as in resort.

Catzer, Although looking at the front page they are advertising 5% discount on purchases of over 500 euros. I've used other companies for passes and they usually issue a voucher which you have to take to the lift pass office and exchange for the actual pass.

Catzer, Only used a firm who do passes for Swiss resorts I'm afraid, if you're going there it's http://www.swisspasses.com/ If you are going to France and having lessons with ESF you can get discounted passes through them. Try this thread too.

I called up www.skiholidayextras.com for a Les Arcs family ski pass for 7 days, and they would only sell me it if I was also booking a holiday with them. They were about £80 less than book price - I assume through some currency hedging. I think they will selll some passes without a holiday booking, but they appear to be the ones that are the same proce as in the resort.

If its cheaper i'd do it, but the ones i've looked at are the same price. I go to the 3v's and you can buy rechargeable passes on line from the lift company, should you wish. I tend to wait so I can purchase one that will be applicable to the local conditions.
