Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

do you think that now the spring is under foot it would raise the boot to much above the ski? Think i prefer the design of the old system........

andyisthedude, I skied all day yesterday with four telewhackers. Two on NTN, two on Hammerheads. If you don't get NTN (which really is as good as they say, although I am yet to try it) go with Hammerheads. FWIW, I have BD 02s and LOVE them. They don't break, unlike pesky alpine bindings (broke my second pair in two weeks today).

Tons of opinion and comparisons at telemarktips.com in telemark talk. Still using voile 3-pin Hardwire love it for hiking and the redundancy the 3-pin gives me.

andyisthedude, I have a pair. Compared with other bindings I've had (Riva, Superloop v1), they are a step change in reliability. The also ski much much better than anything else I've tried. Not to sure about touring on them tho - prefer lighter Superloops.

OK thread bump - thinking of some new tele bindings - would like to try something more active than my G3 Targas so teh choice seems to be Hammerheads or O2? (I've skied R8s and didn't find them much difference from G3s).

NTN not an option at the moment.

Any other views?
