When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Nordica Hot Rod Overdrive XBS Does anybody have them or no anthing about them?

Had ordered some Fischer progressor 7's for my friend but have been let down and have seen these but not sure.

woody911, I have the Eliminators which are the model up, if you can get these they will last him a lot longer, I tried the Overdrives and they were Ok but Eliminators were much better.

Also the ones on Ebay are 06/07 models, I got my 07/08 Eliminators for £245 at the end of last season so I think these Overdrives are overpriced?

Found this seasons Eliminators for £250 (although only in 156cm)

This is only my friends 2nd trip allthough he does ski occasionally on Pendle dry slope.
Just need a bargain set of skis really that i can go and get with him tomorrow that are somewhere in the northwest or leeds area really.
Have been let down big time by schnee-flizzy on ebay.
Had bought the Fischers on the 14th of December and he only got in touch yesterday to let me no that he had non left.
Having an absolute nightmare with communication with them. We go to Sestriere next weekend so only tomoorow left to get him sorted with something 160cm ish and between 11 mand 14m turn radius. Max price he can pay is about 250 quid.
