Quite a few here have websites (and more and more link to Snowheads). Just a thought, but as having links to your site is supposed to increase search engine ratings, how about if all of us add a page on our sites along the lines of "Snowheads Resources" and included each others sites???.... this would help increase the number of visits to our own sites (and of course to Snowheads as well....)
A PS, it's rumoured that search engines don't like pages called "Links" any more.... better to entitle them something like "Resources" or "Recommended Sites"....

Great idea! I'd certainly put a page on my website. Contact me if you want to link with www.easiski.com

Ok, well I've done it! It's up on line at:
SNOWHEAD RESOURCES!
Anyone else going to do the same? Apologies if I've missed anyone out, and there are one or two that seem to be just generic links, not sites/pages done by snowHeads..

Updated with the latest snowHead site... "FIDDLER"...
(reciprocal linking is a useful additional tool aimed at getting better search engine ratings...the more snowHeads webmasters that set up a similar page, the sooner snowHeads will climb to the top of search results )

PG, any chance of changing the colours on the SNOWeSCAPE Links page?
Very hard to distinguish on my monitor.

You'll need to Register first of course.

What colours are hard to make out? On mouseover? Visited links?

OK here -but page is s-l-o-o-o-w to load, even with broadband. Perhaps the size of the background picture file?

Not sure we're talking about the same page here.... the SNOWeSCAPE links page that Comprex mentions - or the subject of this thread, Snowhead Resources - which I haven't updated for a while - no one with websites apart from easiski seemed too enthralled with the idea of exchanging links!
Both load quickly for me, small in size, the background image is only a few k....

PG, I get a blue background with horizontal black lines that completely mask the dependent (black text). The top two links have no mouseover change?
Pardon the confusion with Snowhead Resources.

That's really strange - the background's white! Don't really know what I can do about that.
Thanks for reminding me about the two links without mouseover change.

PG, didn't see this the first time round, but sounds like a good idea to me. I'll add a few into the links section of my site.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

This one was the problem, PG. SNOWeSCAPE seems better - and looks very professional, BTW.

Using IE 6 and ADSL - no problems for me with loading or appearance. Mini oddity - No 12 in the Skiing section is a different colour to the others. Perhaps appropriate to Alan Craggs location, Mordor.
Good idea, PG.

You could screendump into your photo-editor, and post a relatively small jpg - or in this case, possibly, a gif.
