I'll be taking a mix of Ginger Wine and Rum (approx 60/40).
We rowed up at Newcastle last weekend, and waited on the water for over an hour in Baltic conditions before the race started. I took the flask, and got 9 thumbs up for the above.
If you are a flasker, what's your tipple?

chrisdavis,
Where do you buy Ginger Wine, I haven't seen it in years and it's fantastic with Whisky.
Armagnac in one flask, rum in the other. Both are great in chocolate chaud as well as neat.
Now there's a lovely idea - I'm off into the kitchen to heat up some milk!

word of warning, be careful if you carry your hip flask in a coat pocket, as I used to ... that is until I fell one time, nice big dent in the hip flask and a cracked rib too.
