Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

There are lots of places you can ski in Spain. I spent a year living in Granada and spent many days at Sierra Nevada. The apres ski and nightlife is, in my opinion, better than anywhere else I have been. Both at the resort but especially in Granada itself there is an abundance of choice but be prepared to stay up very late.

I have also spent time at Baqueria and Formigal and liked both of them very much. Nowhere in Spain is like the mega linked resorts of the Alps. However skiing and living in Spain is I think cheaper.

I did a season a couple of years ago in Baqueira. Lovely part of the world and I'll be back for sure at some point.

snowheads4life, Welcome, as casnbs, has said apres in Sierra Nevada is very late. I went with then girlfriend when we were early twenties and we thought we were party animals. Had our evening meal then out for a few drinks and thought it was very quiet. Did this a few nights wondering where everyone went then one night stayed out until two am then realised that is when the party just started Shocked we admitted defeat at 4.30 am.

Any particular reason why you are considering Spain especially?.
