Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

In the Snowpress ski guide there are some skis listed as W/B which I assume is 'With Bindings' and some listed as MSA.
I have no idea what MSA means......have you?

It's a kind of puzzle, but I found it on page 44 of flash magazine (see link above):

The ski's are tested at 2 resorts: Mont-Sainte-Anne (MSA) en Whistler-Blackcomb (W/B).
The midfat & fat Freeride en Fat twin Freestyle were tested at Whistler-Blackcomb (W/B), which is apparently ideal for testing so-called big-mountain boards.
All the others were tested at Mont-Sainte-Anne (MSA).

Oh yeah, when indicating the price, often "w/b" is added. Undoubtedly this stands for "with bindings". This is my deduction (I could not find this anywhere), but most groomers have the price with 'w/b' and are sold with bindings.
I forgot, but the regular notation is: "w/" = with "w/o" = without. So "w/o bindings" or "w/ob" would be without bindings.
I guess, at Skipress they like puzzles, or they've never heard of the concept "legend" or they never understood the need for a legend.
