Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Is it just me, or is the Crystal website a touch obscure?

They were certainly included last season and I would be surprised if they're not this.

Tom-B, If its a package they normally do but found it easier last year to ring them as the website was a tad confusing.

Whenever we have booked a Crystal holiday with a flight it has always included the transfer. In the brochure they give the transfer times and the option of booking private transfers also. Is there a FAQ section of the site where you could double check?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

It would be very weird for Crystal not to include transfers - unless you're buying some kind of mega cheap last minute deal. Best to do as thefatcontroller suggests, though, and give them a ring to check...then book online for the discount Little Angel

Tom-B, If I were you I would ring to check, then tell them you cant access the website but you really want to book it and they will offer you the internet discount over the phone Very Happy

Ive never known a Crystal holiday not include some sort of transfer.

Pretty sure all Crystal holidays include transfers unless you book one of their one-off made-to-measure type arrangements (which incidentally are not available via their website)...

I'm another one who has booked with Crystal this season but had to do a telephone booking (twin room for sole occupancy), but they still gave me a discount...

You will find there is often an option as you go through for "private transfers" at significant extra cost. If you don't take that option, then you get the standard transfer.

But you are right that it is not clear.

Had a look at their website to confirm you are 'fick' Twisted Evil but Crystal seem to have spent money newly revamping their website & making a glaring omission. Can't find it being stated as part of the package in their terms & conditions. Let them know & they will owe you.

I used crystal 2 years ago, coach transfer to Val Claret all included. It was all nice and easy, no messing.
I would use them again, although I have done DIY since.
Somtimes its just easyer to book a package, a bit less stressfull if you are booking for a group who are relying
on you to book them a good ski holiday.
