Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Contacting Cébé

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hi

Last season I bought a pair of Cébé sunglasses whilst in Courchevel.
Really nice but unfortunately I broke one of the arms after about 1 hour (nice sunglasses but a bit flimsy if you ask me)

I'm trying to contact Cébé to see if I can order another arm, but I can't find a web site number or anything?!

Anyone got a contact number?

thanks!

My son had exactly the same problem except he got his in Tignes and the arm fell off a few weeks later in Le Gets. I have also failed to find anyone to talk to in the UK. We plan to go back to Tignes next month so will try taking them back to the shop. Let's see how we get on.

Thank you. It's good to be here. I've already picked up some good info on gear and waterproofing.

Let me know how you get on in Tignes taking them back!

I'm going somewhere in the Alps in a couple of weeks time so I might just ask in a random shop and see if I can get any help there

Did you guys have any luck finding new arms for your Cebe glasses.
The arm of mine broke too
I also could not find a web site
I rang the shop where I bought them but they said the glasses were old stock and no longer made so could not get parts
Cheers
