Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

The billion-dollar luxury ski resort and condominium project in Revelstoke (B.C., Canada) is the latest big real estate development to be affected by the global credit crunch.
While the first phase will still open on November 27th, officials say it will be with delays to a number of projects, including a $6-million hotel complex and high-speed gondola....The development was announced last year with the promise of transforming the one-lift ski hill into a four-season resort to rival Whistler, and is one of the most ambitious projects of its kind in North America.

went to revy last year and had a blast, great terrain and I had a sick powder day (only there 2 days)
dont worry about only 1 new lift, there is plenty of great terrain, although there is no 'easy' terrain so I hope you are decent skiers.
I intend to go back, so long as funds allow.
btw, the mountain managers nickname is 'Bones'. he is an aussie who used to work at whistler blackcomb.
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

My current plan is to fly to Calgary on the 20th then drive to Golden that evening to ski at Kicking Horse on the 21st, drive to Revelstoke to ski on the 22nd, return to Calgary and take Red Eye flight home, work for two days then fly to Vancouver then off to Whistler for the 26th - Mar 1.
