Poster: A snowHead
|
Hi
I am going on my 1st ski trip in Feb to Vallandry .Has any one being there this year yet? My concern is with the state of the £ it will be expensive to eat out and buy food, is this the case? Is food and drink in the super market if any expensive? Please put me out of my misery so I can concentrate on worrying about breaking my bones or worse! Not my wallet
Thanks

gazmoz, Not much help but if you thinkl it's going to be expensive (think of a number and add half as much again) then when you don't spend so much you will think you've saved money

You know it makes sense.

gazmoz, welcome to snowheads and skiing. However, the simple answer to your initial question is yes, it will be very expensive to eat or drink in restaurants/bars. Beer bought in the supermarket will be a whole heap cheaper. At the current exchange rate a SMALL beer and some chips will cost you £5-6.
