Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Need to get some (35hrs) shadow hours done as I want to do L2.

Has anyone got any recommendations for slopes/domes in London-ish area or any names that I could contact directly?

Thanks for all suggestions

Thanks skimottaret - been in touch with him but he's already got quite a few shadowers on his books at the moment. Shame as did a couple of hours there for ASSI. Would you happen to know anywhere else that might have some space?

hari, I see on the other thread you did the Senior Instructor course the other week, well done for passing it. Did you not have to complete the 35 hours shadowing hours before taking that course? Puzzled I thought it had the same requirements as Level 2 i.e after gaining the Level 1 qualification a further 35 hours of shadowing is required before you could take the UKSI course? Obviously not if you need to do 35 hours before you can take Alpine L2.

Re slopes near you have you used a search engine for dry slopes within so many miles of your postcode? That should bring up a list for you for places to try.
