Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Saas Fee 4th August Snow Report

Messers rungsp's and Parlor's got together. We also met up with Warren Smith, so with 3 sets of snowHeads we will declare a quorum for a Bash.

Snow was good. Really very good....for a nice day in March.
Fairly bullet proof first thing, but by the time the lifts closed at 1.00pm it was quite soft. Note I say "quite" soft...certainly not very soft or slushy.

Lots of race teams training, so I took the opportunity to poach a few sets of gates when they were not being used. I was the only one though.

Parlor was skiing tele-stylee on fat twins..as is his way.

My lad (snowHead=Skidog) was demonstrating the perfect snowplough....as a freshly qualified BASI 1 which he did last week in Hintertux...well don....rungsp=Proud Dad !

A fun day was had y all.

PS Skidog said that Saas Fee snow conditions were much much better than Hintertux which was deep slush.

Snow in Saas Fee still in very good shape, especially with the helpful 15cm that fell last Friday night. Must however remember to apply suncream with more regularity. Will see if I can get some pics tomorrow, but as Warren and the boys have just put in a line of moguls for us to train on tomorrow I suspect that bed will be high on the agenda tomorrow afternoon
